Recently, people find that they are difficult to find a job.Although most of them are intelligent, aspirant and eager to demonstrate their ability and to do their best for society. But some of companies don’t employ them, becau more and more job recruitment put more weight on certificates.

s blue, why birds can fly, but he don’t know how to u typewriter, how to design an experiment ,how to slove the problem. Will you employ him? If a person, who have the comprehensive abilities, is not afraid to do his own thinking and to u his own knowledge. He could finish the work perfectly.
