gza摘要:Purpo – The purpo of this paper is to examine the factors that influence customer satisfaction among Chine online shoppers. It applies the normative categories identified in the literature and tests them for effect in the emerging Chine online consumer market. Design/methodolo
gy/approach –Electronic survey instrument was ud to obtain data from Chine online shoppers. The survey covered 15 composite items that could potentially influence the level of customer satisfaction related to online shopping experience. The, in turn, were further decompod to six driving factors (convenience, product performance, customer rvices, curity concerns, web site interactions, and web site nsory stimulations).
