摘 要：桓仁冰葡萄酒产业经过20余年的发展，已经到了质量提升的关键时期。本文阐述桓仁冰葡萄酒产业
标准的实施、取得的成果等标准化工作现状，剖析在标准化人才队伍、标准类型结构和示范带动作用等方面
存在的现实问题，因地制宜提出制定标准发展规划、开展技术合作和健全监管体系等方面的标准化工作对策payot
建议，为桓仁产区更好的把握冰葡萄酒行业的标准话语权，进一步提升产业标准化发展水平，建设世界冰酒
之都奠定基础。
