Simple as the image is, the implications mirrored are apparently far-reaching. Initially, such a phenomenon as revealed in the picture has aroud wide- spread social concern. Nowhere in the history has the issue of……been talked so much as in our society today. To conclude, it is high time that much importance were attached to such cas. And it is imperative actions be taken to curb such practices. There is reason to believe that as lon
g as all the society, the authorities and the mass media and individuals involved, make concerted effort to strive hard, such uptting stories will ultimately terminated or at least reduced.
