49The pump is a horizontal gmented multi-stage centri-fuge pump with upright suction and discharge ports and pump body supported and attached upon horizontal plane of axis.See Structure Plan of pump structure in Graph 1.

ction (4)and discharge ction (9)and sits on pump frame.Pump frame will be mounted on pump ba.To limit pump body from distorting and displacing caud by heat expansion,two locating pins for vertical pump axes will be placed at both side of the joining surface of pump frame and supporting of suction ction on driving end to prevent pump body from displacing to driving end by heat expansion.Guiding slots are made on the joining surface of pump frame and supporting of discharge ction on non-driving end paralleling to pump axis to limit the movement of pump body's heat expansion displacement only in the directions of axis to nondriving end.The part be-tween suction ction and discharge ction is covered by pump ca,and motor,shaft coupling and pump are all mounted on one ba.After asmbling,pump will be packaged and then delivered.See appearance and di-mensions in Mounting Dia-gram.
2.Rotor part:Rotor includes parts like shaft (1),vane wheel (1),balancing discs (8),balancing drums (11),and -aling sleeves (3)and so on.
3.Bearing part:All bearing joints are supportive parts for rotor.40AY,50AY and 65AY adapt rolling bear
ings,while 80AY,100AY and 150AY employ sliding bearings with thrust ball bearing.All bearings are lubricated on their own by using oil slinger and cooled by water.
4.Sealing part:Interstage aling for vane wheels and interval aling for suction ction,middle ction,guide v-anes and vane wheels by replaceable joint rings.
2.Cooling Water and Pressure of Sealing Liquid (1)Cooling water pressure P=0.15~0.3MPa is preferred.(2)Principally,pressure of aling liquid will be 0.05~0.15Mpa higher than before side stuffing box to avoid med-ium leakage or gas leakage from pump (for all oil pumps).(a)Hydraulic pressure of stuffing box at suction side can be P=Ps+0.05~0.15MPa.Ps is the pressure of suction port,and for pump with balancing pipes or balancing holes,aling hydr-aulic pressure of stuffing box on discharge side,as on suction side.(b)But if balancing pipe may be blocked,aling hydr-aulic pressure should be made P=Ps+(Pd-Ps)/2+0.0~0.15MPa,in which Pd is pressure of discharge port.(c)If no balancing pipe or balancing hole,it should be Ps+Pn+0.05~0.15MPa with Pn for the pressure from n vane wheels.
3.Pressure for aling oil pump should be t as the hi-ghest value mentioned above.

1To make pump operate properly,regarding to stuffing bo-xes,bearing boxes and cooling chamber of pump body,diffe-rent degree of cooling and aling must be done in accordance to actual working conditions.Details concerned are as below:
