摘要：A plasmid adjuvant that can increa the energy deposition of the target region when conducting HIFU therapy and si in the form of a biocompatible nanometer solid. Another adjuvant for HIFU therapyof the invention includes a discontinuous pha consisting of film-forming materials and a continuous pha consisting of aqueous medium, wherein the discontinuous pha is evenly disperd in the continuous pha, the particle size of the discontinuous pha is 10-1000 nm, the amount of the film-forming materials in the adjuvant is 0.1-100 g/L, and the core materials is a biocompatible nanometer solid chon from magnetic materials, hydroxyapatite and calcium carbonate and its amount in the adjuvant is 0.1150 g/L. The plasmid adjuvant fot HIFU therapy improves significantly the sound environment of target regions, increas the energy deposition of the target regions when conducting HIFU therapy, and conquently, enhances evidently the clinical effects of HIFU against tumor cells. It also provides the u of plasmid adjuvant fot HIFU during the process of the HIFU therapy.
