概述 GENERAL
用途
CYL型耐磨式液下泵是单级单吸液下式离心泵,主要适用于各行业输送含有渣浆、污泥、粉煤灰、包括结晶体等固体颗粒介质的各种废水及污水。
GENERAL
The CYL type wear-resistant wet pit pump,single stage and single suction,is mainly applied to transfer the slurry and wage containing solid particles(including crystal medium)in many trades.
适用范围
● 流量为4-640m³/h,扬程为6-96mH₂O。
● 伸入长度L≤18m。
● 介质PH值:3-11。
● 介质浓度(重量浓度):≤70%。
● 固体颗粒直径:≤38mm。
● 杂质硬度:HRC≤55。

◆高效节能:与其它同类产品相比,效率提高5-10%。
◆振动小:由于采用国内首创的组合式中间管轴结构,解决了长轴液下泵长期不能克服的振动难题。在
正常操作使用的情况下,平均寿命高于原同类产品一倍以上。
◆叶轮采用宽流道设计,杂质通过能力强,能输送浓度较高、固体颗粒较大的污泥、渣浆、粉煤灰水、

结构特点
◆中间轴承采用金属滚动轴承,具有使用寿命长、运行稳定、振动小、噪音低等优点,并彻底消除了由
于导轴承长时间使用,磨损以后使机组产生振动的弊病。
◆采用结构化设计的思想,变传统的零件式安装为新型的部件式安装,即先将零件组装成中间部件,一
个中间部件为一节,安装时,一节一节的安装,提高了安装维修的工作效率,降低了检修时的工作强度。
◆中间联轴器采用弹性联轴器,从而节与节安装时,只需简单地将螺栓坚固即可,减小了安装维修时的

☆  便于运输:当泵长度超过3m时可拆卸运输,现场组装,以减少在运输过程中造成的弯曲现象。
☆  便于安装维修:在使用过程中如某一节损坏,只需更换此节,不需全部拆卸维修,大大缩短了维修抢修时间,且维修方便。
☆  无需外供冷却水:传统导轴承的泵运行时需外供或内供冷却水来冷却润滑中间滑动轴承,而该结构泵无需冷却水,节约了运行成本,而且还解决了长轴液下泵因阶段性缺冷却水造成中间滑

☆  机动性大:泵的长度可根据液下深度的不同,由不同数量的节插装组成,且节与节之间可互换。

别是小口径泵),针对这一问题,我公司对该系列液下泵作了改进,使泵的下主轴向进口方向延伸,并伸出泵的进口,在靠近泵进口处加设一搅拌轮,与水泵叶轮同步工作。加设搅拌轮后具有如下优点: ☆  该搅拌轮相当于在泵的进口处加了一个搅拌器,使泵进口处一定范围内含沉淀物的液体产生流动,阻止了沉淀物的沉积,有利于泵将杂质污水充分地排出。
☆  有效的防止了由于泵长时间不用,造成沉淀物积累堵塞泵进口的问题,同时也防止了由于严重堵塞对叶轮、泵或电机的损坏。
☆  由于杂质排出充分,延长了清理水池的周期,节约了用户运行及维护的成本。
☆  结构合理,与普通液下泵相比成本增加较小。
