摘要：Aminoacetonitrilehydrogensulfate was reacted with aldehydes to give the schiff bas 3. The latter were reacted with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate to afford the pyridine derivative 4, which reacted with hydrazine hydrate and aromatic amine respectively to give pyridopyridazine and pyrrolopy
ridine. The antimicrobial activity of the prepared compounds was tested.
