一、产品用途
FUNCTION FOR RO
LGX型限流孔板也称减压孔板,主要用于流体要求降压的场合。如:在控制阀后设置限流孔板,以减小阀上的压降,降低阀的噪音,减少阀芯阀座的磨损等;流体需要降压及对降压准确度要求不高的场合;或设在控制阀旁路上,以防止手动操作旁路阀时造成泻压太快或发生液位抽空等危险,以及在配管放空系统中降低噪声等等。
LGX RO is also can be called as pressure-reduced orifice, which is mainly ud on the site of pressure-lood requirement. For example, installing RO on the back of control valve so that reducing the pressure and lower the noi of valve, at the same time protect
ing the valve at and pith. If you need to loo the flow pressure or avoid quick pressure –lo and liquid –empty, the best choice is using RO, thus you can also reduce the noi of pipeline.

SCORE AND COMPOSE
限流孔板可分为单级降压和多级降压限流孔板组。其降压级数需根据流体介质、降压要求等参数经计算确定。
Now, we can provide various RO, for example, mono or multi-pressure lo type, the pressure lo class is decided by the fluid and pressure difference.
1.当流体为气态时
When gas fluid
scatter 为了避免使用限流孔板的管路出现噎塞流,限流孔板后压力(P2)不能小于板前压力(P1)的
约55%,即P2≥0.55P1,因此当P2<0.55P1时,不能用单板,要选择多板,其板数要保证每板的板后压力大于板前压力的55%。
To avoid gas choke,pressure downstream(P2) shall not less than 55 percent of the pressure upstream(P1),otherwi multiplicate restriction orifice plate should be taken.
2.当流体为液态时
When liquid fluid
当液体压降小于或等于2.5MPa时,选择单板孔板;当液体压降大于2.5MPa时,选择多板孔板,且使每块孔板的压降小于2.5Mpa。

1)单级限流孔板装置
MONO-PRESSURE LOSE RO
a)单板:只提供孔板(按用户提供法兰标准及密封面型式配置)。
The orifice plate (only offer the plate, which is produced according to the flange and al type of customer)

b)单级成套:含孔板、紧固用法兰、密封垫片及螺栓组件。
The unit include: orifice plate, flange for tight, al shim and bolts and nuts
2)多级降压限流孔板组装置
MULTI-PRESSURE LOSE RO
a)法兰连接式限流孔板组件:此种供货不提供密封垫片及螺栓组等。
Flange type RO include: al shim, bolts and nuts are not included in this type of RO
b)带工艺法兰限流孔板组装置:成套含限流孔板组、工艺配对法兰、密封垫片及螺栓组等。
RO with the technology flange: which include orifce plate units, al shim and bolts and nuts.

2.产品的使用
USING METHOD
industrial design限流孔板因不需测量勿需设取压孔。使用时需注意流向标记,将装置按流向和装配示意图要求紧固在工艺法兰上,装配时应保证限流孔板或限流孔板组装置轴线与管道轴线同轴,并与管轴线垂直。
The RO don’t have the function of measuring ,therefore is unnecessary to design pressur
e tap ,at the same time must show the direction on the RO,remember to connect the units with flange according to the flow direction and installation drawing and must insure that the RO and pipeline have the same axis (vertical with pipeline axis)

四、产品运输和贮存
TRANSPORTATION AND STORE
产品运输过程中严防磕碰,尤其应保证密封面的完好,以免影响密封性能。并应备有防雨措施,防止产品锈蚀。产品在暂不使用时应存放于干燥无腐蚀性气体的室内仓库中,不得露天存放。
When transport we must avoid knocking and encountering of RO.keep the aling face intact, besides, keep aware of rain,rust spot and corrosion,remember to store it in the warehou instead of at outside
