摘  要

cdna法兰盘通常是盘状的金属零件,它主要用于机械工程的连接环节。伴随着我国法兰盘行业的迅速发展,法兰盘的应用范围越来越广,而法兰盘作为一种连接零件,人们对它的精确度要求很高,对于材质的选取也很讲究,本文以一典型结构法兰盘为例,首先进行零件分析,了解要制造的零件的基本情况,然后根据零件的加工要求选择毛坯的材质,再计算加工余量,进而确定毛坯的尺寸,然后根据各加工面的需求,选择加工方法,制定工艺路线,根据零件形状以及精度要求选择适用的机床以及刀具,再计算出各切削用量,完成该法兰盘的数控加工编程,最后根据整体需求完成夹具的选择,最终完成了一个比较基本的法兰盘加工工艺设计。
