early是什么意思> It is really a bad news for us to receive a rejection letter of the revid manuscript, especially for our waiting for more than five months since its submission.
> We read and analyzed the decision letter and the comments of the reviewers more carefully. It is really our duty for the rejection of the revid manuscript. We forgot to explain the comment from one of the reviewers about a [具体问题], becau we were absorbed in the programming and adding comparisons with the XXX method.

3) Major Revision (三个审稿人：两个人的意见很少，有一个人意见多，要求补充实验而且还提了很多和本领域关系度不是很大的问题)
4) Submit Revision 增加实验,实验的效果比较好，自己提出方法明显优于其他方法）

6) Reject （Associate Editor 根据审稿人的意见直接作出决定：原因没有对Review所提出的问题进行回复）
7）分析没有Respon的原因：对于一个很小的问题没有回答！

9）主编同意提交但是Associate Editor仍然是前面那个
Associate Editor回复请我的邮件，希望我能Resubmit as a new manuscript 并推荐他作Associate Editor
