1; Simple listing
In this pattern, the author prents facts, detail, examples, cas, ideas, and other support in list form. This organizational pattern rembles a grocery list, since it contains items that are not in any particular order. It is very important to remember that in the simple listing organizational pattern the order of the items is not important for the author's meaning or argument to be understood.

In this pattern, the author describes the location of items in relation to each other and to a larger context.
