Prepare all the necessary documents listed below before you deliver the application, otherwi the application might be refud by the Royal Norwegian Consulate in Guangzhou. All documents must be prented in original and all documents have to be translated into English or Norwegian, in a parate document. All documents submitted should be one-sided A4 format.
在向领事馆递交申请时请按以下清单准备好所有所需材料，否则签证申请可能被挪威驻广州领事馆拒签。所有材料必须是原件，中文材料请另译成英文或挪威文。所有申请材料都需要以单面A4纸尺寸递交。
Note: The application should be handed in to the Consulate in the following order.

1. Passport (both new and old), valid at least 90 days after expiry of visa, containing at least two blank pages and issued within the previous ten years.

2. One passport photo not older than six months.(color, white or light grey background, 35mm x 45mm)
一张6个月内的证件照（粘贴在申请表上）。彩照，白色或浅灰色背景，35毫米X 45毫米。
3. Cover letter from the Application Portal (signed by the applicant; minors need to be signed by both parents)
提交在线申请的确认信（申请人签字；未成年人需双方父母签字）
4. Receipt from the Application Portal 在线缴费的收据
5. Application form (signed by the applicant; minors need to be signed by both parents) from the Application Portal or Schengen application form duly completed
提交在线申请的申请表 (申请人签字；未成年人需双方父母签字).或填写完整的申根签证表格。
6. The itinerary of visit, detailed to every scenery
spot.Including transfer route and rervation for means of transportation.
(flight rervation for both domestic transfer and cross-border route; if lf-driving, car rental rervation and notary certificate of Chine driving licen or international driving permit)
详细旅游行程。包含过境路线和交通方式预定
（如是乘坐飞机，无论是境内还是跨国境，都需提供机票预订单；如是自驾，需提供租车单以及中国驾照公证书或者国际驾照）
7. Flight rervation with round trip from the airlines. The ticket should be bought only after the visas have been issued!
航空公司出具的往返机票的预订单。机票应该在签证颁发后出票付款。
8. A valid travel medical insurance for the duration of the stay in Schengen area with a minimum coverage of EURO 30.000. Original or one photocopy (list of applicants).
有效的在申根地区停留期间的旅行医疗保险，保险金额范围至少为30,000欧元。保险单原件或复印件均可(附游客名单)。
9. Proof of accommodation (confirmed hotel rervation) for the whole duration of intended stay in the Schengen area, including the names of hotels, telephone and fax number as well as duration of stay at each hotel..
申根地区全部行程的住宿证明(确认的酒店预订)，包括饭店名称，电话，传真以及各酒店逗留时间。
10. For employees:
- Sealed copy of the business licen of the employing company or organization code for public
sotpinstitutions.(business licen ororganization code has to be translated into English in a parate document)
- A letter from the employer (original letter from the employer must be translated into English) on official company paper with stamp, signature, date and clearly mentioning:
∙address, telephone and fax numbers of the
employing company
∙name and position in the employing company of the countersigning officer
∙the name of the applicant, position, salary and years of rvice
∙approval of leave or abnce
For retired person:
- Retirement certificate, Original+ one copy. (Retirement
this timecertificate has to be translated into English in a parate
document)
-Proof of pension or other regular income.
For unemployed adults:
- If married:
∙Letter of employment and income of spou
∙notary certificate of marriage legalized by the

∙婚姻关系公证书（需经外事办认证）原件及一份复印件- 如果是单身\离异\丧偶：提供其他固定收入证明
11. Copy of passport (all relevant and ud pages). 护照复印件(所有相关和已使用页)。
12. Hukou, with photocopies of all pages (only for Chine nationals; original + copies). Plea note that all documents have to be translated into English or Norwegian, in a parate document.
户口薄原件及所有页的复印件（只针对中国公民）。中文材料请另译成英文或挪威文。
13. Proof of solvency of the applicant:
- Bank statement from the last 3 to 6 months, no deposits.(requirement for sufficient funds to cover the trip)
申请人偿付能力证明.
- 最近3至6个月的银行对账单, 无需存款证明。(需提供足够资金，支付旅行费用)
14. For other nationals: copy of valid Chine residence permit. 外国公民需提供有效的在华居住许可证的复印件。
15. For minors (under 18):
- Notary certificate of family relation or proof of guardianship legalized by the Chine Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Original+ one copy.
- Minors travelling alone: notary certificate of permission to travel from both parents or legal guardians legalized by the Chine Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Original+ one copy.
- Minors travelling with one parent or legal guardian: notary certificate of permission to travel from the parent or legal guardian not travelling legalized by the
Chine Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Notary certificate of permission to travel and notary certificate of family relation/ proof of guardianship must be translated into English and legalized by the
Chine Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Student card and original letter of the school (original letter from the school must be translated into
English)mentioning:
∙full address, telephone and fax number of the school
∙permission for abnce
∙name and function of the person giving the

Note: The Consulate rerves the right to request additional
information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the
applicant/备注: 领事馆保留要求申请人提供补充材料或文件的权利。如果认为必要，申请者还需来领事馆面试。

- 家庭关系或监护关系公证书（需经外事办认证）。原件及一份复印件。
- 当未成年人单独旅行时：由双方家长或法定监护人出 具的出行同意书的公证书（需经外事办认证）。原件及一份复印件。
- 当未成年人跟随单方家长或监护人旅行时：由不同行的另一方家长或者监护人出具的出行同意书的公证书（需经外事办认证）。 原件及一份复印件。
公证书必须翻译成英文并经外交部认证生效。
- 学生证加学校出具的证明信原件（学校出具的证明信原件需翻译成英文），包含如下信息：
∙ 完整的学校地址、电话和传真号码 ∙ 准假证明
∙ 批准人的姓名和职位
