1. Fry one egg sunny side up

配搭2. Heat the oil, fry the onions, eggs, prawns and green and red capsicum for one minute and add in the steam rice. Fry for another two minutes, then add in sambal chili paste. Fry for another two minutes till the rice is hot.
3. Grill satay and deep fry prawn cracker, tiger prawn and chicken wings.

5. Put pickles, chicken wing, prawns, cracker and satay toped with satay sauce, all beside rice.
