CONSTITUTION:The blank material 3 is pushed by the guide roller 4 into the gap between the rotating roller 2 and the stationary forming die 1, and is thrusted by the roller 2 against the face of the die 1. The rvocontrol, for the driving motor 6 of the roller 2, the cylinder 9 for thrusting the blank material 3 against the forming die 1, the driving motor 7 of the feed roll for the blank material 3, the coiling motor 8 for the formed product, etc., is performed according to the command signal inputted to the controller 11; hereby, the pushing pressure, etc., is controlled to the most suitable value. Hereby, the pressure and the friction heat are generated between the rotating roller 2 and the blank material 3, and the extrusion work is performed. Besides, the heater 10 is provided in the die 1 which is hereby preheated prior to feed of the blank material 3. According to this mechanism, the objected heating and the required formation are performed.
