在水产膨化调试必备知识点:沉性料、浮性料;
The must known points for the extrusion aqua feed: Sinking feed, floating feed
模板开孔面积:模板孔数*单个模孔的面积;模板开孔面积影响膨化腔内的压力。沉性料模板开孔计算参考值为550mm2/ton;浮性料模孔开孔计算参考值

一、水产膨化机的产量:Capacity for aqua feed extruder
1、吨料电耗Power consumption per ton
通常的配方,3.0mm直径的模板生产浮性料时,吨料电耗在30KW*h/ton;
For regular formula with the die plate of 3mm holes, to produce floating feed, power consumption is 30KW*h/ton
模板孔径越小,吨料电耗越高,产量越低;

沉性料一般受到烘干机的约束,产量较浮性料要低。

1、单螺杆与双螺杆的关于产量方面的主要差别是双螺杆的模板面积增大,可以开更多的孔,膨化机功率对应的模板开孔面积更大;

三、配方对水产膨化料生产的影响:Formula influence to the aqua feed production
配方中对水产膨化机生产影响较大的组分有:纤维、淀粉、脂肪、蛋白。一般调试前要了解配方中这些组分的含量。否则生产过程中会导致大量达不到要求的开机料的产生
The main ingredients which effect the aqua feed extruder are: fiber, starch, fat, protein. Contents should be known before startup of the extruder. Otherwi it can cau big amount of testing product that cannot match the requirement
淀粉:浮性料淀粉一般要高于17%;沉性料一般淀粉要求低于17%。
amiss关于淀粉的小常识:木薯淀粉不容易糊化,一般需要更高的调质温度和更高的膨化机剪切力。(膨化机剪切力可以通过螺杆配置进行调整。)
Starch: For floating feed, starch rate should be higher than 17% normally, and for sinking feed, starch rate should be lower than 17%.
Common n: starch from cassava is not easy to gelatinization, normally it needs higher conditioning temperature and more powerful shear force in the extruder (can be adjusted by adjust the configuration of the screws) 脂肪:普通配方的浮性料脂肪含量在膨化前一般要低于6%;生产高脂肪的配方一般采用膨化后喷涂的工艺,比较经济;否则就需要调整螺杆配置,提高螺杆的剪切力(提高螺杆的剪切力,将会降低膨化机的产量),不调整,浮水率将很难控制。对于沉性料来说,脂肪高则有利于沉水。
Fat: For regular formula, floating feed needs lower than 6% fat before extrusion;
High fat is normally gotten through coating after extrusion becau it’s more economic, otherwi you need to adjust the configuration of the screws of the extruder to increa the shear force, accordingly, the capacity will be lower. If you don’t adjust, floating rate is difficult to control. For sinking feed, high fat helps the feed to sink
纤维:不容易被粉碎。生产高纤维的膨化料时,一定要选用高方筛。如果用2.0mm以下的模板生产膨化料,最好使用超微粉。
Fiber: Not easy to be grinded. When producing high fiber extrusion feed, it must to u a plansifter. If to produce with the die plate of 2.0mm or less hole size, it’s better to u a pulverizer
蛋白:分植物性蛋白和动物性蛋白。植物性蛋白高会导致成形困难;动物性蛋白太高会影响浮性料浮水率
Protein: Including plant protein and animal protein. High plant protein makes it difficult to shape, and high animal protein effect the floating rate.
