摘要：The prent invention makes it possible to appropriately manage the power consumption of individual buildings even when there are numerous buildings to be managed. A broad area management system (10) compris a broad area management apparatus (20) and a building management apparatus (30). The broad area management apparatus (20) compris a control command reception unit (22) and a transmission unit (24). A command for controlling power consumption is lected using an operation terminal of a manager and the lection is inputted into the control command reception unit (22). The transmission unit (24) transmits the received control co
mmand to multiple building management apparatus (30). The building management apparatus (30) compris an event program execution unit (34), a receiving unit (32), and an event program extraction unit (33). The event program execution unit (34) holds an event program in association with the control command. The receiving unit (32) extracts the event program corresponding to the control command from the event program
execution unit (34) when the control command is received from the broad area management apparatus (20). The event program extraction unit (33) executes the extracted event program so as to control the power consumption of individual facility devices (15).
