摘要：PURPOSE: To reduce influence to a circuit to be started to be negligibly small by making the mirror current of a current mirror circuit approximate to zero along with the boost of power supply volta

CONSTITUTION: A starting circuit 101 prevents the operation point of the circuit to be started 102 with plural operation points including a first operation point at which current voltage VCC and a circuit current are zero from taking the first operation point by the mirror currents I1 and I2 of the current mirror circuit 103. Then the mirror currents I1 and I2 of the current circuit 103 are made to approximate to zero along with the boost of power supply voltage VCC. Thereby operation is started from low voltage and influence to the circuit to be started is reduced to be negligibly small. In addition, the pull-in current of the starting circuit is t to be a minute current and a peak is made flat to be t to be a nearly fixed value so as to suppress and reduce influence to the circuit to be started to stably operate the circuit to be started.
