Procrastination (拖延) is a phenomenon we are familiar with. When we procrastinate, we waste our free time and put off important tasks we should do till it’s too late.
16    Here, I will share some personal steps taken to overcome procrastination with great success.
Break your work down into little parts. Part of the reason why we procrastinate is that we find the work too overwhelming (巨大的)for us. Break it down into little parts, and then focus on one part at a time. If you still procrastinate after doing so, break it down even further.  17
Change your environment. Look at your work desk and your room. Do they make you want to work or do they make you sleepy?  18
Create a detailed timeline with specific deadlines. Having just one deadline for your work is like an invit
ation to procrastinate. That’s becau we would get the impression that we have time and keep pushing everything back until it’s too late.
伯利兹英语19    In this way, you know you have to finish each task by a certain date.
20    I’m pretty sure if you spend just 10 minutes talking to people like Steve Jobs or Bill Gates, you’ll be more inspired to act than if you spend the 10 minutes doing nothing. The people we are with influence our behavior.
A. Seek out someone who has already achieved the similar outcome to your goals.
B. Hang out with people who inspire you to take action.
constC. Having a companion makes the whole process much more fun.
D. If it’s the latter, you should begin to change your workspace.
E. It’s a bad habit eating us away and stopping us achieving greater success in life.
F. Break down your project, and then create an overall timeline with specific deadlines for each small task.
G. Soon, your task will be so simple that you will be thinking you can do it now.

Family structure had changed dramatically over the last 50 years. The following are the types of families existing today.
Nuclear Familyaiib
The nuclear family is a traditional type of family structure. This family type consists of mother, father and children. The nuclear family was long held in esteem by society as being the ideal in which to rai children becau children in nuclear families receive strength and stability from the twoparent structure.
Single Parent Family
The single parent family consists of one parent raising one or more children on his own. When only one parent is at home, it may be a struggle to find childcare, as there is only one parent working. Thi
s limits income and opportunities in many cas, although many single parent families have help from relatives and friends. Extended Family
The extended family structure consists of two or more adults who are related, either by blood or marriage, living in the same home. This family includes many relatives living together and working toward common goals. This type of family structure may be formed due to financial difficulties or becau older relatives are unable to care for themlves alone.
Childless Family
While most people think of family as including children, there are couples who either cannot or choo not to have children. Many childless families take on the responsibility of pet ownership or have extensive contact with their nieces and nephews as a substitute for having their own children.
Stepfamily
Over half of all marriages end in divorce, and many of the individuals choo to get remarried. This creates the stepfamily, which involves two parate families merging into one new unit. Stepfamilies tend to have more problems, such as adjustment periods and discipline issues.
There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to what is the best type of family structure. As long as a family is filled with love and support for one another, it
tends to be successful and thrive.

Ask any group of teenagers in the UK what they most like to eat, and foods like pizzas, hamburgers and chips are sure to get a mention. But what teenagers like to eat is
not necessarily what they should be eating. According to the National Diet and Nutrition Survey, far too many young people in the UK between the ages of 4 and 18 consume too much fat, sugar and salt in their diet. Meanwhile, their intake of fibre, iron and calcium (钙) is too low.英文书名怎么写
For a growing body, eating foods containing plenty of calcium, such as milk, yogurt and chee, is important as calcium is comp letely necessary for the development of healthy, strong bones. Similarly, foods that are rich in iron are good for young, rapidly developing bodies, so red meat, bread, green vegetables, and dried fruit are also recommended.
It is during our teenage years that lifestyle habits can be formed, so it is vital that young people are educated about what foods are good for them. In 2005, and in an attempt to change eating habits and open teenagers' minds to new tastes, the famous chef, Jamie Oliver started a “Feed Me Better” campaign. He worked with teachers and cooks in a number of schools across the UK to provide more healthy, nutritious school meal choices. Although some teenagers and parents resisted it, the campaign was in general believed as a huge success and helped to influence governmental policy on nutritional standards for school meals.
identical
No one expects to end the teenage love affair with fast and junk food but, hopefully, if projects like “Feed Me Better” continue to give out the right messages, more young people will understand the importance of balancing veral treats with healthier food choices.
