1.目的
为了维护工厂和员工的生命和生产安全，使全体员工都具备相应的安全意识包括访客，应急预案等。

3．职责
3.1所有的雇员（无论在试用期内或已满试用期内）都会得到C-TPAT 要求之有关培训，包括出入管制，货运/现场/运输工具保安，人事保安，以及认识C-TPAT之意义等方面。
3. Responsibility
3.1 All the employees (whether probation period or a full trial period) will get the relevant training as C-TPAT requirements, including access control, cargo / site / transport curity, personnel curity, and knowledge of C-TPAT, etc.
3.2 公司所有重要的高层雇员须具备防止被欺骗的应变能力和技巧，对于电脑安全方面的维护也须经过培训。

自从美国发生9.11事件后,世界上时有发生的恐怖事件,恐怖活动已经影响到全球经济的发展。为了保证我厂财产我员工自身安全,回应C-TPAT海关商贸反恐怖计划,保障本厂货物在运输过程及至到海关结关时不会推迟，推行全员安全意识显得尤为重要，现编订安全和反恐意识培训，提纲如下：

1 向所有员工说明进出大门及在厂区内都必须佩戴有效厂证的重要性，旨在有效控制非准许人员进入本厂
