[摘要]目的研究使用CAD/CAM 铸瓷高嵌体修复磨牙缺损后12个的月临床效果。方法选取2016年1
warming up月至2019年1月到昆明市延安医院口腔科就诊的因龋病、重度磨损导致的磨牙缺损伴牙髓炎的患者80例。80例患者接受根管治疗1周后复诊,选择CAD/CAM 铸瓷高嵌体修复技术或桩核冠修复技术,术后12个月回访,采用USPHS 标准评价系统评价。结果嵌体修复后12个月出现1例嵌体边缘部分脱落而导致边缘密合性降低;总体复查后结果显示嵌体修复方法在边缘密合性、嵌体完整性、颜色匹配度、与邻牙的接触关系、牙龈健康状况等方面性能优越。全冠修复组12个月出现7例食物嵌塞,10例牙龈炎,1例冠脱落,修复远期效果低于高嵌体修复效果。结论综合评价CAD/CAM 高嵌体修复技术可以作为磨牙根管治疗后的常规修复方法,此种修复方式具有良好的生物相容性,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
