摘要：PURPOSE:To increa a switching frequency and the intensity of a magnetic field and to reduce the size of the electromagnet so that the magnetic field can be effectively impresd only to the specific area on a recording medium by forming thin-film coils to >=2 layers via a dielectric film on a ba body. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric film 3 consisting of AlN is formed on the surface of the ba body 1 including the inside of annular grooves 1a formed to a tapered shape on both side faces. The thin-film coil 2a consisting of AuCr is formed in plural turns on the film 3. The similar dielectric film 4 is laminated on the coil 2a and the thin-film coil 2b is formed. The impedance of the thin-film coil is lowered in this way and the switching frequency is incread and the intensity of the magnetic field is incread; in addition, the size of the electromagnet is reduced so that the magnetic field can be effectively impresd only to the specific area on the recording medium.
