terryworld摘要：PURPOSE:To make it possible to accomplish the thinning of title coil by a method wherein each electrode plate is positioned and fixed within the range of thickness of a coil winding outside the diameter of the coil winding. CONSTITUTION:The title coil is equipped with a winding part 14 on which a coil 13 is wound on a coil bobbin 12, the winding part 14 is constitoted in such a manner that its outer circumference is surrounded by a resin molded part 15, flange parts 16 and 17 are provided on both ends of the bobbin 12, and both side faces of the flange parts 16 and 17 and both side faces of the resin molded part 15 are on the same plane surface. An electrode supporting part 18 is formed on the resin molded part 15 giving proper width on one side, a pair of electrode plates 19a and 19b are integrally fixed to the supporting part 18, their tips are protruding to the opposite direction, and they are positioned and fixed within the range of the thickness (d) of a coil winding 20. The end part of the ba is supported by a synthetic resin electrode supporting rod 21, and coil end is connected to the center of the length of the electrode plates 19a and 19b. Accordingly, as the fixing position of each electrode plate is moved from the flange part of the bobbin part to the position outside the diameter of the winding and the electrode plates are fixed within the range of thickness of the winding, the coil can be thinly formed.
