双相不锈钢B2205是由奥氏体和铁素体两相组成的双相不锈钢,具有优良的耐腐蚀性能和力学性能,其屈服强度是300系列不锈钢的两倍,被广泛应用于油气、石化、桥梁、海水淡化以及化学品船等行业。
Duplex stainless steel B2205is characterized by a ferrite-austenite microstructure,which leads to a good combination of corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.The yield strength of B2205is nearly twice as that of300ries stainless steel.B2205is widely ud in industry such as oil and gas, petrochemical,bridge,a water desalinization,chemical cargo ship and so on.

5.2耐应力腐蚀性能Stress corrosion resistance
对B2205钢板进行抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂恒负荷拉伸试验,试验按照标准GB/T4157-2006进行,同时参照美国腐蚀工程师协会NACE TM0177-1996。
Stress corrosion cracking test for B2205against sulfide under constant loading tensile is carried out in the light of GB/T4157-2006,which is referred to NACE TM0177-1996.

6、热处理Heat treatment
双相不锈钢B2205的固溶处理温度为1020~1100℃,处理后需要进行快速冷却,以保持恰当的两相比例并避免有害金属间化合物的析出。
B2205is solution annealed at1020~1100℃.Rapid cooling is recommended after the annealing to ensure proper pha proportion and avoid precipitation of detrimental intermetallic phas.
7、冷成形Cold forming
双相不锈钢B2205退火态的初始强度较高,冷加工中需要提供大于奥氏体不锈钢的变形力。
Due to the high proof strength of B2205,greater working forces than tho required for austenitic steel are usually needed for cold forming of duplex steel.
