混凝土预制拼装路面板结构分析

【摘 要】混凝土路面预制拼装是一种快速、环保与经济的路面养护新方法,为了更好地指导预制拼装路面的设计与施工,对路面板的结构进行分析。基于Winkler弹性地基模型,采用三维有限元探讨路面板结构的平面尺寸、厚度与基层类型对应力和应变的力学响应。研究结果表明:平面尺寸对应力和应变有一定的影响,增加路面板厚度有利于减小路面结构的应力和应变,基层类型的不同严重影响路面板平面尺寸的选择。当基层类型为水泥稳定粒料时,宜采用2.5 m×4.5 m板块。当基层类型为级配碎石时,宜选用5 m×2.5 m板块。当基层类型为石灰与粉煤灰时,建议选用2.5 m×2.5 m板块。%The precast concrete rehabilitation , with time‐saving , environmental and economical characteristics ,is an innovative strategy .In order to preferably guide its design and construction ,the structure of precast concrete slab pavement is investigated . Bad on the model of Winkle elastic foundation ,the respon betw een mechanical behavior and dimension and depth of slab as w ell as types of ba are discusd by using three‐dimensional finite element method . T he results indicate that
slab dimension has a certain effect on the stress and stain , and increasing thickness is able to decrea its corresponding stress and strain . In an addition , the types of ba effectively affect the option of slab dimension .While the precast concrete pavement ba is of cement stabilization ,the graded crush rock as well as lime and coal ash are applied ,the optimal slab dimension are 2.5 m × 4.5 m ,5 m × 2.5 m and 2.5 m × 2.5 m ,respectively .
