Effective resolution = Log2(VIN / Vrms-noi)

VIN:输⼊范围,与ADC的PGA设置有关。例如⼀个24位ADC,PGA=128,2.5V基准电压。 那么VIN = ±Vref/PGA=(±2.5V/128) = 39.06mV四级翻译
如果PGA=1,则VIN = 5V

Noi-free resolution = Log2(VIN / Vp-p-noi) = Log2(VIN / 6.6* Vrms-noi) = Effective resolution - 2.7
这⾥取峰值因数C = 6.6 = Vp-p-noi / Vrms-noi
三、ENOB(Effective number of bits): 有效位数,注意与有效分辨率不是⼀个概念
