保列治治疗良性前列腺增生疗效观察
目的临床研究保列治在治疗前列腺增生上的疗效。方法临床收集单独服用保列治（5 mg/qd）和未采取保列治治疗的前列腺增生病例各30例，统计分析患者3年间的前列腺体积、症状评分、血清PSA、最大尿流率以及急性尿潴留、血尿、手术的发生率。结果服用保列治3个月后见效，一年后体积缩小20suited 6%；症状评分平均下降3 好看的法国电影6分；血清PSA稳定在治疗前的50%；最大尿流率平均增加3 pangchi7 ml/s，且各项指标在以后的2年中维持稳定，且在30例患者中无1例发生急性尿潴留、血尿或前列腺手术。而对照组，服用2周内见效，症状得到缓解。1年后体积增大6%，症状评分下降1 英汉词典3分；血清PSA升高5%，最大尿流率增加1 6 ml/s。3年后，前列腺体积增大12%，症状评分下降1 attendee1分，血清PSA升高15%，最大尿流率增加0 5 ml/s。且在对照组2例患者在第3年发生急性尿潴留，其中1例接受手术治疗。结论服用保列治5 mg/qd可以缩小前列腺体积，降低症状评分，提高最大尿流率，减少并发症及手术的发生。
