15个甜菜品种对盐碱胁迫的生理响应及耐盐碱性评价

摘要:【目的】揭示不同甜菜品种对盐碱胁迫的生理响应及筛选耐盐碱型品种。【方法】以生产中15个主推甜菜品种为材料,采用盆栽试验,模拟自然土壤条件下,不同程度盐碱胁迫(对照、轻度、中度和重度盐碱土壤)对甜菜幼苗生长及生理指标的影响。【结果】与对照相比,随着盐碱胁迫程度的增加,15个甜菜品种出苗率及幼苗鲜重和干重不同程度降低,出苗率降低幅度较小的前5位品种是MA3001、MA2070、KWS1176、KWS9149和MA079,鲜重降低幅度较小的前5位品种是MA3001、KWS1176、KWS2323、内2499和BETA379,干重降低幅度较小的前5位品种是KWS1176、BETA5043、MA3001、MA079和BETA379,MA3001和KWS1176的降低幅度均较小,是耐盐碱型品种;15个甜菜品种幼苗叶片质膜透性和丙二醛含量不同程度升高,且耐盐碱型甜菜幼苗的升高幅度较小;15个甜菜品种SOD活性
不同品种表现不同,POD活性不同品种均表现为单峰曲线变化,且重度盐碱土壤耐盐碱型甜菜品种SOD活性和POD活性变化幅度较小。
【结论1MA3001和KWS1176为耐盐碱型甜菜品种,可通过加强抗氧化酶活性,有效降低膜脂过氧化程度及叶片质膜透性,进而提高甜菜幼苗耐盐碱能力。

broken bridgesAbstract:[Objective]In order to reveal the physiological respon of different sugar beet varieties to saline-alkali stress and screen salt-alkali tolerant varieties.[Methods]15main sugar beet varieties were ud as materials to simulate the effects of different degrees of salt-alkali stress(control, light,moderate and vere saline-alkali soil)on the growth and physiological indexes of sugar beet edlings under natural soil conditions.[Results]Compared with the control,the edling emergence rate,fresh weight, dry weight and chlorophyll content of15sugar beet varieties decread in varying degrees with the increa of salt-alkali stress.The five varieties of edling emergence rate decreasing slightly:were MA3001,MA2070,KWS1176, KWS9149,MA079,and the five varieties of fresh weight decreasing slightly:were MA3001,KWS1176,KWS2323,NEI2499, BETA379,and the five varieties of dry weight decreasing slightly:were KWS1176,BETA5043,MA3001,MA079,BETA379.
