CODE OF CONDUCT
Code of Conduct is a statement of our principles, values and the expectations that guide ethical behavior and conduct at XXX(Inrt Company Name). The Company requires all employees to u good judgment, be accountable for their actions and perform their roles with integrity and professionalism.

Employees can report in confidence to their Manager, the offender`s Manager, concerned AVP, VP and SVP or to the Human Resources - Employee Relations and Customer Services Section Head for violations / circumstances in violation of the Code of Conduct. 
Employees can also report any violations in related to the Code of Conduct Policy by email to Human Resources - Employee Relations and Customer Services Section Head on "jinpeng.". fabricated
