hookan[Abstract] Objective To master the hospitalization expens structure of patients with vere mental illness in provincial mental hospital of our province， in order to establish and improve the health insurance policy for hospital and government， and provide basis for patients to reduce their burden. Methods The hospitalization expens， hospital stays and health insurance of 87 patients with vere mental illness were investigated and analyzed by single factor analysis. Results The hospital stays of patients with vere mental illness in provincial specialized hospital was relatively short， but the expens was high， and a considerable part of expenditure was not included in the health insurance. nclusion The ill cycle of vere mental illness is long， the cure rate is low， the hospital stays is long， and the patients have a heavy medical burden， so they need the help of the government and society to strengthen curity， and provide all aspects of care.hidi
