实话实说的英文1.0目的Purpo:
收集和分析适当的数据，以证实品质管理体系的适宜性和有效性并识别可能实施的改进。
To collect and analyze the proper data for verifying the continual suitability and effectiveness of quality management system, so find out the improved approach.
2.0 范围Scope:
适用于品质活动的各个阶段及控制和验证过程能力与产品特性所需的数据收集和分析。
This procedure is applicable to control all of quality actions in DXC
3.0 定义Definition:

4.0 职责和权限Responsibility and authority：
4.1 相关部门负责本部门有关的数据和分析；。
Related departments are responsible for collecting and analyzing the data of departmental related data.
4.2 相关部门负责根据分析结果提出改进措施并实施。
Related departments take the improvement action comply with data analysis result and implement it.
5.0 程序Procedure:
5.1 数据的收集和分析Collecting and analyzing data.
5.1.1品质部IQC小组按《来料检验指导书》对供应商来料和客户提供的物料进行检测，并出《模具零件/材料检查报告》，分析此报告对每批来料品质作评判，按《来料检验程序》处理。品质部对每个供应商进行月度品质统计作出《供应商品质统计表》。此表拷贝并传给采购部。
IQC inspector inspect the every incoming material (it comes from supplier, customer) according to Incoming Inspection Instruction, meantime, IQC inspector make the Mold Material/Component Inspection Report and analyze it for evaluating the quality of incoming material, dispo the incoming material according to Incoming Inspection Control Procedure. IQC collect the information every supplier’s material quality and take Supplier Quality Statistics Monthly at the end of month, then copies it to purcha team.
