胆结石属胆囊内结石常见疾病，患者在早期无明显症状，结石镶嵌于胆囊颈时可引起急性胆囊颈梗阻，使胆囊内压力上升，胆汁分泌通过胆囊颈及胆囊管排出不顺畅而引发胆绞痛，发生右上腹及右背部放射性疼痛，严重时还可发生恶心呕吐、胆汁反流等情况。在临床治疗中腹腔镜胆囊切除术，因创伤小、患者痛苦较少、康复较快等特点广泛应用[1]。而常规护理不能根据疾病发展与患者个体特点做出灵活改变，既阻碍了康复进程，也严重影响患者的生活质量[2]。本次研究对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者给予针对性护理干预措施，探讨其临床应用价值，报告如下。

一般资料
选取2018年9月—2019年11月我院收
治的胆结石行腹腔镜胆囊切除患者90例作为研究对象，将其分
listening为对照组和试验组，各45例。对照组男25例，女20例，年龄37岁~75岁，平均年龄（46.8±6.4）岁，病程3个月~25个月，平均（12.5±3.5）个月，胆结石直径1.0cm~2.6cm ，平均（1.5±0.5）cm 。试验组男23例，女22例，年龄36岁~76岁，平均年龄（45.3±5.7）岁，病程3个月~22个月，平均（13.1±3.8）个
月，胆结石直径1.1cm ~2.8cm ，平均（1.6±0.6）cm 。2组患者一般资料差异无统计学意义（P >0.05），有可比性。

方法
所有患者都行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。对照
组实施常规护理，患者术前3d 禁食豆类或是含糖量高的饮食，有利于降低胃肠道胀气及对胆管胰腺分泌产生刺激，于术前1d 进无渣饮食，术前8h 禁食，以免在麻醉和气管插管时出现呕吐现象导致窒息。术前做好备皮，对手术区域进行清洗消毒。在手术时做好心电监护，密切关注患者各项生命体征。试验组在常规护理基础上实施针对性护理干预，具体干预方法如下。

我院2018年9月—2019年11月接收的腹腔镜胆囊切除患者90例作为研究对象，将其分为对照组和试验组各45例。对照组实施常规护理，试验组术围术期实施针对性护理干预，对比2组患者并发症发生率及生活质量情况。结果试验组并发症发生率为6.67%，明显低于对照组的24.44%（P <0.05）。试验组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、活力、情感职能、精神健康以及总体健康8个维度的生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论针对性护理干预可使腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的并发症发生率降低，生活质量显著提高，值得在临床上推广应用。
