general information: -
from the information available, we were led to understand that the above-mentioned containers no fscu6155415 was found terminal operation damaged at shenzhen da chan bay terminal one during container discharged operation on 15th october 2011. and this container was shipped by 2nd carrier on 19th october 2011 for huangpu terminal. and we were therefore requested to be prent at huangpu termianal to inspect and verify the condition of the container and the cargoes.
our survey & attendance:

s member and surveyors of relative parties supervision, the customs al on this laden container was cut off and the doors of the container were opened with our site persons above mentioned prence, and it was noticed that although the r/h side panel of this containers were damaged & deformation riously, but it was found the cargoes are under good condition with wooden pallet becau of good bundle and enough space, under consignee's suggestion, all pallets cargoes inside were devanned out for inspection, and found the package of plastic bags of the cargo under
