There is no best in this list. But some are more friendly and appropriate in certain contexts than others.
1-4 are all friendly and appropriate in different degrees. The political slogan usually creates a n of imposition on the viewers. Warmly sounds over-zealous, to China perhaps is redundant; and Hi, step in to China sounds a little casual, informal, but very friendly.
5-11 are inappropriate although they are polite. u is redundant and unnecessary becau the context is clear that the banner is addressing the viewer. Many ntences contain two parts: a welcome and a warning. The warning creates a threatening effects on the viewer. Summary: Football has a long history which can be dated back to ancient Roman times. The early form of football in the Middle Ages was actually so dangerous that it was not until the 17th century that it was allowed to be played in England. The game was saved from dying out in the 18th century by schoolboys of English public schools who wanted to u up extra energies after study. By the time of Queen Victoria, the game became very popular among universities so that rules were developed in order to hold competitions between different schools. In the 19th century the Football Association helped form the rules, improve the equipment, conditions of the playground, and the way of playing as it is played today.
