摘要： The invention relates to a liquid composition for electrical fast drying band having a good shelf life. The composition forms a coating or film of a durable vinyl son on, junctions, and objects. The composition consists of at least 10% of a vinyl material effective to form the durable vinyl coating. The composition also includes a thixotropic agent to add consistency and a plasticizer to impart flexibility to the vinyl coating. The vinyl material, the thixotropic agent and the plasticizer are mixed with solvents comprising at least one drying agent. The composition further compris a stabilizing agent and at least one solvent such that the thixotropic agent and the plasticizer ud to apply a satisfactory coating using the prent composition.
