1、 概述
1.1YZRE、YZE系列是集电动机和制动器于一体的起重及冶金用绕线转子与鼠笼转子电磁制动三相异步制动电动机，适用于各种类型的起重机械、冶金机械及其它类似设备的电力驱动。具有较高的过载能力和机械强度、结构紧凑、体积小等特点。
1.2电动机的功率等级和安装尺寸符合IEC72推荐标准，功率等级和安装尺寸的相互关系与日本JEM1202及西德DIN42681相似 ，大多数可以互换。制动器采用我厂生产的新型YMDZ系列磨擦干式失电制动器，该制动器获国家新型实用专利，专利号：ZL99237686.6。
1.3YZRE、YZE系列在YZR、YZ电动机基础上配置了YMDZ系列盘式制动器。符合行业业标准JB/T7077—1993、JB/T7563—1999的规定。
2、使用条件
海拔不超过1000m能正常运行。F级适用于环境空气温度在-20℃到40℃之间，H级适用于环境空气温度在-20℃到60℃之间。相对湿度小于90%。
3、基本形式
额定电压：380V 额定频率：50Hz 防护等级：IP44或IP54 绝缘等级：F级或H级 冷却方式：自冷IC411(112~132) 或风扇冷却IC 411（160及以上）
基准工作制：S3-40%
安装方式：B3、B5、V1
注：根据用户要求，可带超温保护开关、防潮加热带及编码器等，接受特殊协议订货。
4、制动器
输入电压380V或直流24V， 励磁线圈工作电压为直流170V或直流24V
工作制：S1 绝缘等级：F级或H级
1.General
1.1 YZRE and YZE ries motor is the wound rotor and squirrel-cage rotor electromagnetic braking three-pha asynchronous motor for lifting and metallurgy which integrates the motor and the brake, it is suitable for the power drive of the lifting machine, metallurgic machine and other similar equipment, with high overload capability and mechanical strength and compacted structure as well as small volume.
1.2 The power grade and the installation dimensions of the motor are in accordance with the recommended standard of IEC 72; the correlation between the power grade and the installation dimensions is similar with Japan JEM1202 and Germany DIN42681, most of which can be exchanged. The brake will adopt the new type YMDZ ries friction dry power loss controller, which was awarded national new-type practice patent. The patent No. is ZL99237686.6.
1.3 YZRE and YZE ries are equipped with YMDZ ries disc brake bad on YZR and YZ motor. In accordance with the standard JB/T7077-1993 and JB7563-1994.
2. Operation condition
The motor can run normally when the elevation not more than 1000m. The environment temperature for class F is from -20 to 40 Celsius degree，for H class from -20 to 60 Celsius degree. Relative humidity less 90%.
3. Ba mode

According to the agreement, the following are optional: over-temperature protection, dampproof heating belt, rotary encoder.
4.Brake
The operating voltage of the brake is classified into DC170V and DC24V. When the working voltage is DC170V, the external power source is AC380V; the braking motor is equipped with rectification block by itlf; when the operating voltage is DC 24V, 24V DC power will be supplied by the ur.
