3.1.2 Grounding construction will be carried out within the existing Plant (B304, B342, C545). For
this purpo, the excavation work permit will be managed prior to construction, and no construction will be done until the Owner has informed of the relevant underground pipeline after approvel.

3.1.3 Grounding electrode (all stainless steel materials) will have a buring depth of the top larger
than 0.7m. The grounding electrode shall be arranged vertically.

3.1.5.1Building’s metal structure (beam and column and the likes) and the reinforcement bar inside
the concrete structure as specified by the design.

3.1.5.3 Distribution steel tube

3.1.6Grounding body (wire) will be welded by lap welding, its lapping length must be according to the
following specification
接地体(线)的焊接应采用搭接焊,其搭接长度必须符合下列规定:
3.1.6.1 Flat steel will be 2 times of its width (and 3 edges to be welded at least).
扁钢为其宽度的2倍(且至少3个棱边焊接)。
3.1.6.2 Round steel will be 6 times of its diameter.

3.1.6.3 For round steel connection to flat stee, the length will be 6 times of the round steel diameter.

3.1.6.4 When welding of flat steel with steel pipe, flat steel with angle steel, for reliable connection,
over the rainbow 原唱besides the welding at the both sides of the contact location, welding shall be done by steel band bent in the form of curve clip or by steel band directly bent in the form of curve type (or right angle type) welding with steel pipe (or ange steel).
扁钢与钢管、扁钢与角钢焊接时,为了连接可靠,除应在其接触部位两侧进行焊接外,并应焊以由钢带弯成的弧形(或直角形)卡子或直接由钢带本身弯成弧形(或直角形)与钢管(或角钢)焊接。
3.1.7 Expod grounding wire will be installed according to the following requirements:

3.1.7.4 Grounding wire should be laid down horizontally or vertically, or parallel with the tilt
structure of buildings; on straight ction, no ups and downs and curvature will be allowed.
接地线应按水平或垂直敷设,亦可与建筑物倾斜结构平行敷设;在直线段上,不应有高低起伏及弯曲等情况。
3.1.7.5 When gounding wire laying down horizontally along building wall, it will be at a distance of
250-300mm from the ground; the gap between grounding wire and building wall will be 10-15mm as proper.
接地线沿建筑物墙壁水平敷设时,离地面距离宜为250~300mm;接地线与建筑物墙壁间的间隙宜为10~15mm。
3.1.7.6 When grounding wire across the expansion joint, ttlement joint of building, compensator
should be provided. The compensator may u grounding wire bent into curve type instead.
在接地线跨越建筑物伸缩缝、沉降缝处时,应设置补偿器。补偿器可用接地线本身弯成弧状代替。
3.1.8 The gap between vertical gronding body will not be less than 2 times of its length. The gap between
horizontal grounding body will be according to the design specification. In ca of no design
specification, the gap will not be less than 5m.
垂直接地体的间距不宜小于其长度的2倍。水平接地体的间距应符合设计规定。当无设计规定时不宜小于5m。
3.1.9 Grounding wire shall prevent from mechanical damage or chemical corrosion. At the cross of
road or piping and other postion where may possibly damage the grounding wire, pipe or angel steel should be ud for protection. Penetration of grounding wire through walls, floors and grounds should install additional steel tube or other solid protective sleeve. The position easy to be chemically corroded should take corrosion prevention measures,
接地线应防止发生机械损伤和化学腐蚀。在道路或管道等交叉及其他可能使接地线遭受损伤处,均应用管子或角钢等加以保护。接地线在穿过墙壁,楼板和地坪处应加装钢管或其他坚固的保护套,有化学腐蚀的部位还应采取防腐措施。
3.1.10 Grounding trunk should be connected with grouding net at two and more different points.
Natural grounding should be connected with grounding trunk or grounding net at two and more different points.

3.1.11 Grounding for every electrical installation should be connected by parate grounding wire
with grounding trunk. One grounding wire should not be concatenated with veral electrical installations required for grounding.
每个电气装置的接地应以单独的接地线与接地干线相连接,不得在一个接地线中串接几个需要接地的电气装置。
3.1.12 After completion of grounding electrode laying down, backfilling soil for the soil ditch should
not havie inclusive stone and building rubbish, and the likes; the soil from outsourcing should not have stronger corrosivity; backfilling should be compacted in layers.
接地体敷设完后的土沟其回填土内不应夹有石块和建筑垃圾等;外取的土壤不得有较强的腐蚀性;在回填土时应分层夯实。
