摘 要
PLC技术，控制起来非常简便，consier并且它能够承受高温及其他的恶劣的环境条件，所以plc比起单片机来，工业上优先使用plc，它已经成为了当代工业流水线和企业最受欢迎的自动化控制方法。

本文论述物料自动分拣系统，主要应用PLC技术，辅助以启动装置，位置技术，现场总线技术，电机拖动原理，电气传动技术，传感技术，自动检测技术等设计而成，对大批的物料进行自动分拣的工作，完成分门别类的放置物料。本系统具有很多的优点，例如，运行
起来比较稳定，精度与敏捷度，自动化的程度都很高，而且非常便于使用和控制，如果你想使用它来分装另一批货物的话，只需要动动手指，对本系统稍加修改，对本程序稍作处理即可。
