如何撰写SCI文章,投稿交流用语及状态解释
第一部分:SCI文章的写作 对于没有写过英文的人来说,第一篇文章有些困难。关键还是在于要阅读大量的英文文献。在文章的写作上,最好不要自己造句子。说实在的,大多数中国学者的英文都不好,自己造句子,很可能是中式英语,老外看不懂。所以,写文章,要学会借鉴。也就多看英文文章,看到相关的句型,要做好笔记。要学会使用老外们用过的句型,拿来以后作些修改。 我一般都在写作前阅读大量的文章,一边阅读,一边把自己认为重要的句子分别copy到自己文章的各个部分,然后在写作时进行取舍。
1. Introduction部分,很多可能都是文献。要介绍自己研究的内容的一些相关知识。让大家知道你所研究领域现在的一些进展,以及自己研究的“新鲜”内容。
2. Materials and Methods比较好写,看看文献,应该有相同的内容可以参考,把这些内容找来进行一些修改就可以了。
3. Results部分有些困难。这一部分是要自己造句较多的部分。但是也要尽量借用英语是母语的人所用的句型。个人研究的内容可能很多,要突出指出自己的研究重点。在这一部分,最好不要出现讨论方面的内容。cgw
4. 个人觉得最难写的部分是Discussion女强人英语部分。要把自己的研究与他人的研究结合起来,哪些与他人的研究相似,哪些不一样。从自己的研究结果可以得出什么样的结论或推论。要从研究结果可以引申一些相关的内容,不要完全局限于自己的研究领域,放宽一些。
5. 我一般是在写完这些部分以后,再写Abstract,最后再定标题。一个简洁醒目的标题,事半功倍。 请记住:写文章一定要突出自己研究相对较新的内容。这是一些影响因子较高的期刊所很看重的。 另外,最不推荐的是把文章写成中文,然后翻译成英文。因为这样真的是彻头彻尾的中式英语了。
第二部分:SCI文章的投稿 写好文章后,就要开始投稿了。
1. 选择期刊。 找到一个适合自己文章的刊物很重要。个人推荐:先投一个影响因子较高的刊物,如果能被送审,得到一些修改意见,即使被拒,然后修改后再投一个影响因子较低的期刊,希望更大一些。切记:勿一稿多投.
2. 国外的期刊基本都实现了网上投稿。登录该期刊,找到投稿需知,也就是“Instructions for Authors”,仔细阅读。
3. 根据“Instructions for Authors”,修改自己文章的格式。这是一个比较繁琐的事情。一定要仔细修改格式(语法、词汇方面的错误应该在写作时给解决)。 比如说: 文章一般是要求按以下顺序:标题、作者、通讯方式、Abstract, Key Words, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, DIscussion, Acknowledgements, References, Figure Legends, Tables, Figures。 同时要求是2倍行距,图片的像素要求(300dpi),标好每个页面的行号...... 微小说大赛不同的期刊,对于参考文献的安排方式不同。有的按出现顺序排列,有的要求按字母顺序排列,有的要求列出所有的作者,有的要求列出4entry是什么意思-5个作者,然后加et al.;要求根据期刊而定。 在投稿前,还要检查文章中一些不太“重要”的部分。
有关写作,个人认为还是广泛阅读!但一定要看英文的,而且不能翻译,就这样看,看多了自然就明白了。写作地道与否,这还要看英语水平,以及阅读量的多少。其实许多文章都有固定句型的,部分句子不会写,可以直接拿人家的句子,语法来套,其实也不失为一种方法。因此平时注意将一些优秀的表达的句子,收集起来,多读几遍,评味一下,自己写的时候自然有感觉了。 一般来说,大部分文章都是按普通的写法,如多用复合句,写得要严谨,定义要清晰,表达的词一定要精确,如show, indicate,suggest等词都有细微差别,需要体会的。另外,句子要变化。语法方面,基本原则是引用别人的都用过去时,ab
stract, discussion部分也用过去时为宜,文章正文用现在时,当然也可以用过去时,用过去时,表明尊重编辑和读者的意思,不过一般大牛写文章则用现在时,体现自信.

投稿的时候我们会看到很多状态,各种状态解释如下:
1. Submitted to Journal 这是投稿时显示的第一个状态,也是系统生成的,说明你的稿件已经上传到编辑部。
2. With editor 这种状态代表编辑已经看到你的投稿件的信息,在此要考虑应该让谁来审理你的稿件。
3. Under review(with editor)
这种状态代表稿件在审稿人那里,正在审阅。但是如果审稿人对此文章不了解不想审,就会退给编辑,编辑会重新邀请别的审稿人。
4. required review completed 这种状态代表审稿结束,等编辑处理接受与否。
5. Minor revision/Major revision 这种状态代表审稿人做出的决定让你对论文进行小修改或者需要大修文章。
6. Revision Submitted to Journal 这是要求修改稿送给编辑,重复以上状态。但是有可能也不重复,如果审稿人给你提的问题都是无关紧要的问题,那么编辑回自己做出最后接受的决定,不会再分配给审稿人。
7. rejected 代表论文被拒绝了,很可惜,论文不适合该期刊,或者自己写的论文太差。
