当今社会,科学技术日新月异,飞速发展,已经成为推动经济增长和社会进步的核心力量,不仅改变着人们的生活方式,也对政治、文化和经济发展方式产生深远的影响。自2014年李克强总理提出“大众创业、万众创新”以来,更是激发了亿万群众智慧和创造力。科技创新成果不断提升人们的生活质量,科技创新精神不断渗透人们的生活方式和思维方法,使我们生存的这个时代,与科技创新的联系越来越紧密。而技术的发展并不是单独存在的,是在复杂的社会中创新发展,受到各种因素的制约和影响,不同国家和地区、不同时代和环境对技术创新发展都会产生不可忽视的影响。因此,对技术创新及其发展进行多维度的、综合全面的评价,对把握研发热点、洞察未来趋势具有重要意义。
目前国内有关技术创新的发展研究的研究尚停留在技术创新者的创新能力、各类技术的比较研究等比较片面而具体的方向上,尚未对技术创新有一个比较宏观而全面的研究模型,从而无法对我国技术创新进行整体把握与动态跟踪。而国外的技术创新研究模型较为成熟,可以引进作为参考,但仍然有一些不足之处。
本文在原技术交付系统(Technology Delivery System,TDS)模型的基础上,结合技术生命周期理论,增加时间和空间维度,提出动态TDS模型。动态TDS模型通过以下五个步骤构建:(1)划分技术创新周期;(2)确定政策环境和资金环境;(3)识别创新主体及其合作关系网络;(4)分析技术创新的热
点地区变化;(5)探究技术创新的热点主题演变。在此基础上,以中国医疗影像技术为例,应用动态TDS模型对其技术创新发展进行研究,通过社会网络分析、关键词共现分析等方法,对技术创新不同阶段的科研文献、专利文件、政策文件等数据的分析,深入了解技术创新发展,明确各个阶段的宏观政策环境和资金环境、技术创新主体的合作关系、创新热点地区和主题的变化,描绘市场前景并评估对技术变革和社会发展的潜在深远影响,旨在促进技术研发与技术应用的双向良性发展,并为政府和行业的决策提供有益参考。本研究对中国医疗影像技术的实证分析主要有以下几个结论:
(1)政府的政策引导和资金支持在中国医疗影像技术发展的技术开发阶段和技术应用阶段都十分匮乏,应用开发阶段开始,在政策的积极促进和基金项目的支持推动下,中国医疗影像技术创新呈爆发式增长。
(2)中国医疗影像技术的创新主体之间的合作关系,各阶段都有各自不同的特点,技术开发阶段、技术应用阶段、应用开发阶段、应用增长阶段分别呈现出单位内部个人合作、区域性合作、跨集团跨区域合作、跨集团跨区域跨创新主体类型合作的特点,但是合作关系并不紧密。创新主体类型从研究所和医院逐渐转变为公司和高等院校。
(3)中国医疗影像技术的创新热点地区起始于东部和东北地区,呈现出逐渐南移,并向中西部扩散的特点,目前核心热点地区基本稳定在广东省。
(4)超声诊断技术因其安全性、实时性等特点,从技术开发阶段就受到广泛关注。而磁共振成像、CT等技术,从技术应用阶段开始,研究热度居高不下。技术开发阶段和技术应用阶段热点主题呈现出多元化演变的趋势,应用开发阶段和应用增长阶段热点主题则向纵深化方向发展,衍生出的超声弹性成像、彩色多普勒超声、弥散加权成像、多层螺旋CT等新兴技术的研究愈发受到关注。
(5)在结合应用增长阶段医疗影像技术关键词共现图谱、政策环境和相关产业报告的基础上,医疗影像技术与人工智能技术相结合必将是一个新焦点新趋势。依托强大的深度学习和图像识别技术,人工智能技术将有利于解决对医疗影像大数据进行人工处理时存在的问题,大幅度提高医疗影像数据分析的效率和准确性,在能够缓解医护人员的压力的同时,也能提高诊断和治疗的效率和准确率。标准化数据难获取,以及影像诊断模型的训练仅停留在对影像图像的识别和分析上,是目前人工智能与影像技术相结合的两大瓶颈。
