摘要
超声波治疗仪以其治疗时间短、无创伤,治疗深度可控等优点在当代医疗领域获得了广泛应用。但目前,超声波治疗仪还存在一些不足,为了使其更加稳定、可靠,以及使超声剌激与人体的生理节律相一致,达到一种更好的超声治疗效果,本文提出采用先进的微电脑和传感器技术,控制治疗仪输出和人体脉搏同步的超声脉冲的设计方案。这对研发医院用的超声波多探头治疗仪,以及对研究利用超声波进行高能冲击波治癌、体外超声波碎石等奠定了良好基础,具有广阔的应用前景。
本文结合科研课题对脉搏同步超声波治疗仪研制中存在的关键技术问题进行了研究和设计,并对主要测试点进行了实验验证与分析。
在脉搏控制电路的设计中,本文首先对多种脉象传感器进行了选择、比较,提出采用携带舒适、方便、灵敏度高的集成PVDF压电薄膜传感器。然后对放大、整形和比较电路进行设计,以进一步滤除干扰以及将脉搏信号整定成为TTL控制电平,使控制信号准确地反映了人体脉搏跳动的信息。
超声波发生器是超声波治疗仪的控制核心,它的可靠性、工作效率对整个系统十分关键。论文主要对驱动电路、功率放大电路、和匹配网络、功率调整电路进行研究和设计。
在超声波治疗仪的设计中,声学系统谐振频率自动跟踪技术是保证输出效率的关键因素。论文针对超声波治疗仪输出频率高、步进小的技术指标,提出了利用单片机和DDS相结合的自动频率跟踪方法,对系统中的高精度信号发生器、采样电路及相位检测电路等进行了详细的理论分析设计,并给出了频率跟踪的软件流程和相应的控制算法,保证了超声波治疗仪工作在最佳状态。

Abstract
Ultrasonic therapy instrument is applied widely in medical field for the advantages: the shorter treating time, noninvasive, the controllable treating depth, etc. However, it also has some disadvantages, thus it is necessary to make modification and advance in order that it can work more stable and tried. At the same time, to have better ultrasonic treatment effect and make ultrasonic fillip accord with human bodies’ circadian rhythm, the paper has put forward a project that is to u advanced microcomputer and nsor technique to control the output of therapy instruments and ultrasonic impul synchronously with pul. This is to establish good foundation to ultrasonic multi-probe therapy instrument ud in the hospital, curing cancer ud high energy shock waves and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy all making u of ultrasonic. This is to have wider application foreground.
In this article, the key technique questions of the pul synchronization ultrasonic treatment equipment are studied and designed combined with scientific rearch task, the testing and analysis of the main test point are carried out.

The ultrasonic generator is the core of ultrasonic treatment instrument. The reliability and work efficiency of this ultrasonic generator is very important for the whole system. The driving circuit, power amplifying circuit, matched network and the power control system is studied and designed.
