Since the membrane conductor 60 is ud as a means mutually shorting the current supply electrode membranes 21b on the ultrasonic emitting surfaces of the piezoelectric ceramics vibrators 20a, 20b, there is no possibility such that a short member bites in the matching layer 70 to deteriorate an insulating withstand voltage characteristic and, for example, when this ultrasonic generator is employed in medical treatment machinery, the point at issue such that safety is lost at the time of medical treatment can be eliminated.
