公司员工干股合作协议书

5.1本协议涉及甲方公司的商业机密，乙方员工股东应严格保守商业机密，不得泄露给任何第三方。
5.2如乙方员工股东违反保密条款，甲方公司有权终止本协议，并要求乙方员工股东赔偿因此给甲方公司造成的一切损失。
第六条协议变更和终止
6.1本协议的任何变更，应经甲、乙双方协商一致，并签署书面协议。
