摘要：PURPOSE:To provide the wide band characteristics to a microstrip line circuit with a small inrtion loss by connecting a bias choke filter to the microstrip circuit via a diode element. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 6 of a bias chock filter is connected to a strip- shaped conductor 3 of a microstrip line circuit via a diode element 10. In ca the conductors 3 and 3 are parated from each other to inhibit the pass of microwaves, the forward bias is impresd to both an earth plate and a bias electrode 8 from a bias means. Then a forward current is flowed via conductors 7 and 6, the diode 10, the conductor 3 and a diode 4. Thus the diodes 4 and 10 conduct. While the adver bias is impresd to both the earth plate and the electrode 8 in ca the microwave pass through the conductors 3. Then the backward voltage is impresd to both diodes 4 and 10, and the bias chock filter is parated from the conductor 3.
