摘要：PURPOSE:The titled composition, capable of increasing adhesivity of resins to a glass surface, containing a water-soluble solvent and a reaction product of a straight-chain polyalkyleneoxide diamine having an amino group on its both terminals with a specific halogen-containing organosilicon compound. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) a water-soluble solvent (example; methanol) and a reaction product of (B) a straight-chain polyalkyleneoxide diamine having an amino group on its both terminals [preferably formula H2N(CH2O)6-CH2NH2, etc.] with (C) a halogen-containing organosilicon compound expresd by the formula (R<1> reprents hydrolyzable alkoxy or aryloxy; R<2> reprents H or 1-6C hydrocarbon group; A reprents 1-10C divalent organic group; X<1> reprents halogen; m is 2 or 3), which is capable of imparting high stress-relaxation ability to an adhesion interface and suitable as a surface-treating agent for glass cloth which is a reinforcing material for printed circuit boards.
