医院超声科检查结果存在的问题与解决措施分析thank

trimmed [摘要] 近年来，随着超声医学的发展，超声检查的临床应用范围越来越广，应用频率越来越高，在很多疾病的诊断中都发挥着不可替代的作用。但由于医院超声科检查人数较多，工作任务非常繁重，所以难免会出现一些问题，影响了检查结果。笔者回顾了该院近年来的超声科检查报告，结合过往相关检查资料，跟踪调查患者的临床诊疗情况，对超声科检查结果存在的问题进行了仔细分析。首先了解体检人员的一般资料，询问其初次体检时间、体检次数以及体检频率，并对其进行跟踪回访和问卷调查，及时记录反馈信息；其次对体检者的体检部位、方法、配合度以及与医护人员的沟通交流情况进行统计，将检查结果与临床诊断结果进行对比分析；最后对与临床诊断结果有出入的超声检查结果进行再次重复检查，对存在问题进行解决和补救。
