Abstract:Shenzhen Special Economic Zone constantly describes the modern miracle of urban construction and development,and the growing experience of the past thirty years has provided a rich experience for the reform of other regions,also in the future it will continue to assume the historical mission as the test field and demonstration window of deepening reform and the transition of the national economy．The result shows that, unbalanced development,growth competition and active integration into the world division of labor have co-created Shenzhen miracle,and adaptive institutional
