第五届北外阅读之星复赛C组题库
本届大赛所选取的阅读文段体裁多样，涵盖各个方面的主题，主要包括以下几类：
1) 记叙类（趣味小故事；传说；寓言；短篇小说；新闻报道等）；
2) 说明类（介绍日常生活中物品的原理；科学领域的基本知识
等）；
3) 议论类（名人演讲；新闻评论等）；
4) 描写类（对某个地方的介绍；对某处风景的描绘；对某个
人物的描写等）。
评委问答分两类问题：
subway1) 客观题
主要考察选手对阅读文段的理解能力和语言转换能力，选手应meg
掌握一定数量的词汇量，把握文段的中心思想，对一些细节性
内容（人物，时间，地点等）理解到位。

主要考察选手的批判性思维能力和语言表达能力，选手应对阅
读文段内容在理解的基础上进行深入的思考，结合自己的看法
对此类问题作答。

2. The Champa Flower
If I became a champa flower, just for fun,
And grew high up of the tree
And shook in the wind with laughter
And danced on the green leaves,

You went to feed the cows with lamp in your hand,
I should jump onto the ground again
And be your own baby once more
And beg you to tell me a story.
