获取水平注水泵的输出流量信号，经PID调节，使水平泵的输出流量恒定。

测量电机绕组温度，当超温时停止电机的运行，同时有报警指示灯显示。变频器装置具有监控电机电流、欠压、过压、改变运行频率，当空载时延时停机。当运行频率低于30Hz时自动启动电机风扇。
