Task
Draining water from an E2760FA/FALjea
Procedure
1.Switch off power to the cooling system. See Lockout/Tagout Procedure.
鲜为人知是什么意思>三星i908e广告2.Open the manual filling valve (red tap) at the rear of the cooling system by turning it into the horizontal position. See the figure below.
a.Remove the plug from the manual filling inlet, e below.
3.Drain the cooling system (includes the water tank).

b.Connect a drain ho to the Water Drain outlet (blue tap), e the figure below.
c.Place the drain ho into the drip pan or a canister.
d.Open the blue tap and drain the cooler. This procedure is written for the E2760FA, but applies equally to the E270FAL.
By activating the flush mode before draining the cooling unit you can drain last traces of water from the cooling unit. Refer to Hidden options - flushing, diagnostic and restore. The flush mode is not
available on E2760FAL.

4.Drain the condary loop pipe work.
a.Place a drip pan next to the water connections.
b.Connect the drain ho asmbly E2760-67356 to the "From System" and "To System" couplers
and drain the remaining water in the pipes into the drip pan. Refer to the next figure.
c.When no more water comes out remove the drain ho asmbly.

5.Drain the primary loop pipe work.
a.Remove the insulation cap from the "From Plant" drain valve (red tap). The cap prevents water
condensing on the outside of the valve.
b.Place a drip pan under the "From Plant" and "To Plant" drain taps.

6.When no more water comes out clo the taps.
7.Replace the insulation cap on the "From Plant" drain valve (red tap).
8.Clo the red tap for manual filling.
9.Wipe off any spilled water with absorbent tissues.
